I've decided that following Spurgeon's Soul Winner the next Seed Sower Saturday title will be Art of Manfishing by Thomas Boston (Available free here).
Packer writes about this book that since 1773 'it has been constantly hailed by evangelicals as a masterpiece on ministry, worthy to stand on the same shelf as Baxter's Reformed Pastor, and it is in those terms that I commend it now.'
It is actually a pretty short read and so if anyone is daunted by the larger books in the club, I would encourage you to consider joining in on this one.
